Click is the annual partner conference for Booking.com. It's a marquee event for the travel industry and Booking was ready to go live after 2 years of virtual events. I concepted, planned and creative-directed multi-day events in Amsterdam and Nashville. Beginning with the theme creation of "Where are You Going?" to devising the experience and shaping the content, I was able to help attendees emerge with a greater understanding of where Booking can take them.
Installations within the venue told stories about sustainability and diversity in addition to showcasing their latest tech and service innovations.
Largely shaped to accommodate learning, "Click" helped facilitate small workshops as well as large main stage presentations.
"Click" hosted over 1,600 industry partners from two continents.
I'll remember Click as a festival of learning that was rich in experience. Giving each city's event its own distinct vibe between Amsterdam and Nashville presented a wonderful opportunity for layered and textured scenic direction.
4 full-use stages plus a dedicated broadcast studio and open-concept workshopping on the main floor offered a stunning array of content for attendees to view and engage.
Initial creative strategy began in October 2021 and the shows went live in March/April, 2022.
